On 8 July in his address dedicated to the Day of the Family, Love and Fidelity, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated residents of the republic with the event and said: “This kind holiday based on a heart-melting story of love of spouses Petr and Fevronia has long gone beyond the being a religious and turned into a country-wide event uniting representatives of various ethnicities and religions.

On 7 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Yekaterinburg, looked round mounts of the 15th International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM. 

On 6 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Yekaterinburg to take part in the 15th International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM, together with the Acting Governor of Sverdlovsk region Denis Paster participated in the regional Sabantuy fest which is held annually by the decree of the Governor of the region since 2005.

On 5 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov came to the Tatarstan Central Election Committee and submitted documents on being nominated as candidate for the elections of the Rais of the republic to be held on 14 September of the current year when nearly three million residents of the republic will cast their votes for candidates.

On 5 July, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Director of the Fund “The Institute of Development of Tatarstan Cities” Nailya Zinnatullina informed about 53per cent of the planned work completed by the Our Yard programme in the republic.

On 5 July, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that more 26 thousand various social housing utilities and public services and amenities facilities have been built or repaired in cities and region of Tatarstan  by national projects, state and regional programmes for the last six years.

He emphasized that the republic carries out huge work in construction and modernization of infrastructural facilities and thanked Russian President and The Government for measures of supporting regions taken at the federal level.

On 5 July, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that all events dedicated to Fay of Family, Love and Fidelity should be focused on the broad family audience and be organized at the highest level.

On 4 July at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the Director General of the FSUE Federal Environmental Operator (FEO) Maxim Pogodin discussed interaction in the issues of implementation of joint projects in waste management and elimination of objects of accumulated environmental damage with the aim of decreasing impact of industry on the environment.

On 3 July at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and trade representatives of Russia to foreign countries discussed current trade and economic interaction of the republic with foreign partners, issues of export activities of enterprises of the republic, promotion of Tatarstan produce to foreign markets and development of new niches, issues of logistics and the development in inter-regional ties.

On 2 July, speaking at his meeting with the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in Ankara, the President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said :”I was happy to visit Kazan at the BRICS Summit.” He informed that colleagues told him about the KazanForum held in Kazan, where Turkey was traditionally represented by a big delegation.
