On 12 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited a construction site of the 100th anniversary of TASSR station of Kazan Metro located on the intersection of Fuchika and Zorge streets and talked to representatives of labour teams of the Kazmetrostroy and the Metroelektrotrans companies.

On 12 August at their meeting in the Government House of the republic held with participation of the regional First Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin and the Minister of Transport and Road Economy of the republic Farit Khanifov,  the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Board of Russian Highways State Company (Avtodor) Vyacheslav Petushenko discussed issues of further development of highways network in the republic and implementation of projects related to the construction of federal highways.

On August 10, during his working visit to several regions of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov discussed the pace of the harvesting campaign with the active members of the Pestrechinsky municipal region of the republic.

On August 10, during his working visit to the Vysokogorsky region of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the activities of the production complex of Kazanselmash Company in the settlement of Inesh of the Vysokogorsky region, which produces machinery and equipment for agriculture. These are self-propelled, trailed, mounted sprayers of various modifications, spreaders of mineral fertilizers, transport mixers, combined and spare parts for sprayers. In total, the enterprise employs more than 300 people.

On August 10, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the launch of natural gas in a new microdistrict in the village of Estachi in the Vysokogorsky region, where the active housing construction is underway. The length of the constructed gas distribution network exceeds 4 km. The number of land plots that can be gasified is 161, including 60 plots, which are already ready to receive gas.

On 9 August the King of Malaysia Sultan Ibrahim, who came on a working trip to Tatarstan during his first official visit to Russia, accompanied by the Rais (Head) of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Kazan Helicopter Plant, which is a part of the “Russian Helicopters” holding of the Rostec State Corporation. 

On 9 August, speaking at a regular Saturday meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov informed that during celebrations of the Physical Education Day more than 250 sports events will be held in the republic, with the Uram Extreme-Park becoming its main site.

On August 9, speaking at a regional meeting held in the Government House of the republic by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported that the annual housing construction plan of the republic has been fulfilled by 80 %, with 2m 599 thousand square meters having been commissioned.

On August 8, during his working trip to Perm region, speaking at a meeting of the Council of the Volga Federal District held by the Russian Presidential Envoy in the District Igor Komarov and dedicated to measures of supporting social assistance and supporting participants of the SMO and their family members in the regions of the District, as well as the topic of supporting working youth in the regions, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin informed that all federal programmes and national projects aimed at youth support are fully implemented in Tatarstan. Comprehensive and focused work is aimed at achieving the national development goals of the Russian Federation.

On 8 august in the Kazan Kremlin the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the king of Malaysia Sultan Ibrahim who is visiting Kazan within the framework of his first official trip to Russia. Previously he had a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow.
