On 15 August during his working trip to Rybnaya Sloboda region the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with machine operators engaged in harvesting work, farm managers, investors and regional activists near the Settlement of Shelanka, where the Head of the region Radik Islyamov reported that farmers have already harvested 15 500 hectares or 50 per cent of the area, having threshed 58 200 tonnes of grain with the average yield of 38 centners per hectare.

On 15 August during his working trip to Laishevo region the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov looked round the Narmonka agricultural farm where he got acquainted with the implementation of a vegetables growing investments project.  The project envisages increasing the irrigation area up to 1 700 hectares and growing no less than 60 thousand tonnes of potatoes and  field vegetables as well as creation of 26 new jobs.

On 14 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin with the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan – the Head of the Presidential Administration Adylbek Kasymaliev.

On 14 August, speaking at a plenary session of the VII Russia-Kyrgyzstan economic Forum, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov attracted attention to the fact that there are well-established strong bonds between Tatarstan and Kyrgyzstan which facilitates the development of Russia-Kyrgyzstan relations.

On 14 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Kyrgyzstan, took part in a ceremony of opening the VII Russia-Kyrgyzstan economic Forum, where Russia is represented by the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Aleksey Overchuk.

On 13 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working trip to Kyrgyzstan to take part in a ceremony of opening and a plenary session of the VII Russia-Kyrgyzstan economic Forum the main topic of which is “Digital sovereignty as a factor of stable growth and technological cooperation of the EAEU”.

On 13 August at the new  Museum of Education Belem (Knowledge) located in Kazan Federal University the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with  young teachers and scientists of the republic, where he emphasized that one of the most important tasks today is raising the teacher’s authority and status. “I remember in Soviet time there was a special attitude and respect to teachers. Now we are trying to revive this.  Strengthening the material and technical base, equipment is one thing, but the most important thing is people, especially young, progressive and motivated teachers. We have to do a lot in this respect,” he said.

On 13 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of opening the Museum of Education Belem (Knowledge) located on the first floor of the Institute of Philology and Cross-cultural Communications of Kazan Federal University. Its expositions are based on the collections of the Museum of Public Education of the Republic of Tatarstan (more than 5,000 storage units), which was established 1985.

On 12 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov and the Head of Tetyushi region Ramis Safiullov came on a working trip to the region where, at his meeting by the Settlement of Bakrchi with farm machine operators, farm managers, investors and heads of rural settlements he talked to the workers and awarded the best combine operators of the harvest campaign.

On 12 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who went on a working trip round several regions of the republic, first came to Kamsko-Ustinsky region where he visited the Yuryevskaya Cave visit center built in 2023 and opened in June 2024 by the programme of the development of public spaces of Tatarstan.
