Aleksey Pesoshin hand in Tatarstan Emergency Ministry units keys for new machinery

On 28 January at a ceremony held as a part of a meeting summarizing results of work of the territorial subsystem of the unified state system for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations of the republic in 2025 and setting tasks for 2026,   Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the Head of the Main Directorate of Russian Emergencies Ministry for Tatarstan Irek Kadamov handed in keys for 24 new fire and rescue vehicles purchased at the expense of the regional budget to units of the Directorate and Tatarstan Emergencies Ministry.

Later the same day at the lobby of the ceremonial hall guests got acquainted with an exposition dedicated to 200th anniversary of the professional protection of Tatarstan from fires and emergencies, and the regional Deputy Emergencies Minister Nikolay Surzhko told how the system of protecting the population and territories of the republic has changed since the first fire station appeared in the Kazan Governorate in 1825.
