On 12 April in his congratulations of residents of Tatarstan with the Cosmonautics Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin wrote:

“The first space flight was a breakthrough not only in the human conscious but also in science, technique, politics and creative work – in many spheres of knowledge and life. The role of space exploration grows every day which makes it possible to look for and find new opportunities for the development of new technologies.

On April 11, in the city of Changchun (China), the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the deputy head of the Secretariat of the People's Government of Jilin Province Liu Haiqiang chaired a round table «Jilin-Tatarstan».

Jilin is a province in northeastern China with the capital and largest city Changchun. The province’s population amounts to 24 million people.

On April 11, during his working visit to China, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov laid flowers at the monument to Soviet pilots in the Chinese city of Changchun.

On April 11, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in China - Changchun City of Jilin Province, where he is scheduled to visit local enterprises, participate in the Jilin-Tatarstan round table, as well as a meet with the provincial authorities.

On April 11, in the Galeevskaya Mosque of Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a festive prayer dedicated to one of the main Muslim holidays - Eid al-Fitr, which was held by the Head of Muslims Spiritual Board of Tatarstan, the Mufti of the republic Kamil hazrat Samigullin, who read out congratulations on the holiday of Eid al-Fitr on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

On 9 April at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Presidential Commissioner for Entrepreneurs' Rights Boris Titov discussed issues of improvement of measures for supporting entrepreneurship initiatives and the development of entrepreneurship in the whole both at the federal and regional levels.

On April 9, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service in Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said less than a month remains until the end of the declaration campaign for 2023. Сitizens should calculate the amount of the tax and submit a declaration on the form 3-NDFL (personal income tax) to the tax authority until May 2 of the current year.

On 9 April, speaking at his meeting with a delegation of the Association of Russian and Turkish Entrepreneurs in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan is interested in Turkish business continuing the development of its projects in the region and using the republic as a platform for entering Russian and Eurasian markets.

On 9 April Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Territory of Law” held in the ceremonial hall of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Tatarstan.

In his welcoming speech to participants of the event, the regional Internal Minister Damir Satretdinov emphasized that heads of many municipalities, enterprises and organizations make a substantial contribution into enforcement of the law and legal education of teenagers and youngsters. Largely in any settlement there is a well-equipped law and order public check point and municipal employees have become reliable help to the police, he said.

On 8 April at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the President and Chairman of VTB Bank Management Board Andrey Kostin discussed issues of further mutually beneficial cooperation of the republic with the VTB Bank in various spheres.
