On April 22, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the International Industrial Trade Fair “INNOPROM. Central Asia" held in Tashkent and organized by Russian Trade Ministry and Uzbekistan Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade.

On April 21, during his working visit to Uzbekistan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the production of aluminum profiles Benkam alu extrusions in the city of Navoi.

On 21 April, speaking at his meeting with Khokim of Navoi region Normat Tursunov, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Uzbekistan, told about importance of work between the regions. He stated that Navoi region possesses substantial natural resources and has well-developed industry and agriculture.

On 21 April at their meeting in Bukhara, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Uzbekistan, and the khokim of the Bukhara region Botir Zaripov discussed prospects of the Special Industrial Park “Bukhara complex of development of Industry”.

During his official visit to Kazan on October 5 last year, Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev was demonstrated the experience of Tatarstan in work of special economic zones, which caused his great interest. The MOU signed as a result of this presentation envisages consultations in special economic zones construction to be given by Tatarstan to its Uzbekistan colleagues. 

On 20 April in the evening the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit to Bukhara (Uzbekistan), the main objective of which is to take part in the International Industrial Exhibition “ INNOPROM. Central Asia “ to be held in Tashkent on 22-24 April.

On 20 April, speaking at a solemn event dedicated to the Day of local self-government in Russia, held with participation of the State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev, the Chairman of the local State Council Farid Mukhamteshin and the Chairman of the Association “The Council of Tatarstan Municipalities” Ekzam Gubaydullin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that not a single large scale task of the state level is solved without municipalities.

On 20 April, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that safety of residents is a priority tasks. He also gave his comments about the situation on 17 April, when the enemy UAS attacked industrial facilities in the republic.

On 19 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of opening the Regional Forum “Alga! Let’s get started!” held by the All-Russian public-state movement of children and youth “The Movement of the First” in Kazan.

On 19 April, speaking at the 53-rd meeting of the Tatarstan State Council presided by the Chairman of the Council Farid Mukhametshin, the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin reported the members of the Council about the results of work of regional Cabinet of Ministers in 2023.
