On 1 September Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitriy Chernyshenko accompanied by Tatarstan Deputy Prime-Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov visited the Innopolis Lyceum where he gave an open lesson about fidgital sports, dedicated to innovational development and raising the harmonious generation.

On 1 September the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Dmitriy Chernyshenko, who came on a working trip to Kazan, and the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the new 17-storeys students’ dorm “The Student’s Home” of the Kazan Aircraft University which will house 620 people and has the total area of about 16 400 square meters. 

On 1 September Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Dmitriy Chernyshenko and the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the University of Innopolis where they took part in a ceremony of opening three new dorms and congratulated the freshmen with the beginning of the new academic year. 

In 2023 the University enrolled 432 freshmen from 18 countries having selected them from 11 216 applicants from Europe, North and South Americas, Africa, Asia, the CIS, Australia and Oceania, and speaking at the ceremony Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan is one of the leading regions in digital transformation, with Innopolis occupying a special place in development of digital skills.

On 1 September the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and other officials took part in a ceremony of opening Gymnasium N107 in Novo-Savinovskiy district of Kazan.

The gymnasium for 1 224 schoolchildren is equipped with modern classrooms with labs and experimental zones, language labs, a conference hall with the video-conference facilities, classrooms for primary  and middle and high schoolchildren, a gym and playrooms for after-school groups.

On 31 August, on the sidelines of the Tatarstan Oil-Gas and Chemistry Forum at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov  took part in a round table meeting in issues of expanding the use of regional oetrichemical products in road construction, where the moderator of the meeting – regional Minister of Transport and Road Economy Farit Khanifov said that nearly 450 first class roads are under construction and will be commissioned simultaneously in the republic. 

On 31 August on the sidelines of the Tatarstan Oil-Gas and Chemistry Forum at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a round table meeting on expansion of using petrochemical products in construction, where the regional First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Aleksey Frolov stated that issues of using regional petrochemical produce in construction are becoming more and more important. The mineral and raw materials base and the developed construction branch of the republic make it possible to manufacture a wide range of construction products both from traditional and innovative materials, he said.

On 31 August, speaking at his meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Angola to Russia Augusto da Silva Cunha on the sidelines of the Tatarstan Oil-Gas and Chemistry Forum at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that Africa is unique in its natural resources and the human capital potential and its role in the world system and international relations continues to grow.

On 31 August, speaking at his meeting with theMinister of Oil and Environment of the Kingdom of Bahrain Doctor Mohammed bin Mubarak bin Daina on the sidelines of the Tatarstan Oil-Gas and Chemistry Forum at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that Russia attaches great attention to interaction with Bahrain. “Similar positions to the broad circle of international and regional problems and their desire to solve the conflict situations and counteract threats are bringing leaders of our countries closer,” Rustam Minnikhanov said. 

On August 31, during his participation in the Tatarstan Oil-Gas and Petrochemical Forum-2023 held at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with numerous exhibits of the specialized exhibition TatOilExpo-2023.

After the solemn opening of the Forum, Rustam Minnikhanov and accompanying him officials visited TatOilExpo-2023, where they looked around new petrochemical equipment and technologies.

On August 31, opening the Tatarstan Oil-Gas and Petrochemical Forum 2023 at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that the event is timed to mark the 80th anniversary of the start of oil production in the republic.
