On 1 April, in the Government House of the republic the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting of the regional committee for preparation of BRICS Games. The meeting was held with participation of the Russian Sports Minister Oleg Matytsin, his First Deputy Azat Kadyrov, the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Minister of Sports of the republic Vladimir Leonov, the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and representatives of regional ministries and directorates. 

On 1 April at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Board of the Amkodor Company- the Managing Company of the holding Aleksandr Shakutin discussed promising spheres of cooperation and possible options for implementation of joint projects.

On March 23, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin via video conference with all regions of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported on the implementation of housing construction programmes, the provision of housing for certain categories of citizens, as well as the start of work on the construction of social and cultural facilities, public spaces and the modernization of engineering infrastructure.

On 30 March, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam with the regional prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin taking part in it, the Head of the Fund “The Institute of Development of Tatarstan Cities” Nailya Zinnatullia reported about implementation of Our Yard regional programme She said that more than 800 yards are panned to be improved in 2024.

On 30 March, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that the spring flooding situation in the republic is expected to be acute. 

He said that the parameter of the snowpack and water in it exceed the norm by 1.5-2 times and the water level has already started rising in some rivers. The Rais of the republic said that in the following days there will be rains and temperature rise which will cause snow melting and the highest water levels are expected to exceed normal parameters from 16 to 77 centimeters. 

On 29 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimev took part in the 12th regional Iftar held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition center with participation of 12 thousand Muslims from all over Tatarstan and ambassadors and Consuls of a number of foreign countries, representatives of international organizations and heads of religious amalgamations of the republic. 

On 29 March the Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev visited a ceremony of opening a photo-exposition “Mikhail Kozlovskiy. The Epoch” dedicated to the 70th birthday of Mikhail Kozlovskiy - a photographic artist and the Honorary Worker of Culture of the republic in the Khasine National Arts Gallery.

On March 29, at the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov chaired a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Tatneftekhiminvest holding, where he got acquainted with new projects in chemistry, electronics and IT, among them are components for Li-on batteries, disposal of organochlorine waste, supercomputer calculations, two-story 3D printer and digital deposit.

On 29 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and members of the government of the republic took part in the 52th session of the State Council of the sixth convocation of the republic held by its Deputy Chairman Yuriy Kamaltynov.
