On May 24, during his working visit to China, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived in Hefei (Province of China) to take part in a business-forum “Anhui – Tatarstan”, to meet governor of China's Anhui Wang Qingxian and to visit a number of enterprises.
Om 23 May the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who is a member of the Russia delegation headed by the Chairman of the Russian Government Mikhail Mishustin, took part in a plenary session of the Russia-China business forum with the Premier of the State Council of China Li Qiang representing his country.
In his welcoming speech Mikhail Mishustin reminded that heads of federal ministries and departments, large companies and regions of Russia are working at the forum as members of the large Russian delegation and said he was sure that deepening of Russia-China interaction will have a positive impact on strengthening economy of both countries.
On 22 May, speaking at his meeting with the Mayor of Shanghai Gong Zheng during his working trip to China, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said: “We have come to Shanghai as members of an official Russian delegation headed by the Chairman of our government to take part in the Russia-China business forum. It is s reciprocal visit of the Russian delegation after the most important visit of the Chairman of China Xi Jinping to Russia. This proves really unprecedented relations between our countries.” At their meeting the parties marked the high level of Tatarstan-China cooperation with 7 agreements signed with Chinese provinces and the trade and economic representative office of Tatarstan working in Beijing.
On 22 May the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov came on a working visit to Shanghai to take part in a plenary session of the Russia-China business forum and to meet governors of a number of Chinese provinces to discuss cooperation, development of ties is investments and innovative industrial sphere, in high-tech, manufacture of medical products and pharmaceuticals and further expansion of cooperation in agriculture, culture, science, education, sports and tourism
On 21 May the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov , the Head of the Department on interaction with religious organizations of the Russian President’s Internal Policy Office Yevgeniy Yeremin, the Chairman of the Russian Muslims Spiritual Board Talgat Tajjutdin, the Mufti of Russia Ravil Gaynutdin and the Mufti of the Spiritual Assembly of Muslims of Russia Albir Krganov took part in a ceremonial opening of the the Izge Bolgar Dzhieny - an event dedicated to the Day of official adoption of Islam by the Volga Bulgaria.
On 21 May during his working trip to the Ancient City of Bolgar, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the regional Deputy Prime Minister Vasil Shaykhraziev, who is the Chairman of the Milli Shura National Council of the World Congress of Tatars, the Mufti of Russia Ravil Gaynutdin and the Mufti of the Spiritual Assembly of Muslims of Russia Albir Krganov looked round an exhibition of original relics of Prophet Mohammed held in the Memorial Sing from 19 to 23 May and dedicated to the ceremonial celebrations of the Day of official adoption of Islam by the Volga Bulgaria.
In his address on the occasion of the Day of official adoption of Islam by the Volga Bulgaria, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated residents of the republic, its guests and compatriots with the remarkable date of the Day of official adoption of Islam by the Volga Bulgaria.
On 20 May in the Kazan Kremlin the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin had a meeting with His Holiness the Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia who came to take part in the ХIV International Economic Forum “Russia-Islamic World: KazanForum 2023”.
On 20 May the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the plenary session of the XIII All-Russia Forum of Tatar religious leaders held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center with participation of 1000 people from 77 regions of Russia.
On 20 May, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Chairman of the Religious Boar of Muslims of Russia Ravil hazrat Gaynutdin, the Mufti of the Spiritual Board of Muslims of Tatarstan Kamil Samigullin, the Rector of Kazan Federal University Lenar Safin and other officials took part in in a ceremony of unveiling a memorial plaque dedicated to the first edition of Koran published in 1803, which was installed in the yard of the University.
