On April 6, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin via video conference with all regions of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported that 10 kindergartens and 21 schools are being overhauled and 8 school canteens renovated under the programme of major repair of social and cultural facilities in Tatarstan.

On 5 April at their meeting in the Gazprom-Media Building in Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Moscow, and the Deputy Director General of the Gazprom-Media Tina Kandelaki discussed issues of cooperation and prospects of further joins projects including a network of regional youtubers’ studios  “Insight People”.

On April 4, at the Memorial Mosque on Poklonnaya Gora in Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a charity iftar under the cultural and educational project “Ramadan marquee”.

On 4 April at his meeting with the Prosecutor General of Uzbekistan Nigmatilla Yuldashev in the Kazan Kremlin held with participation of Russian Deputy Prosecutor General Nikolay Shishkin and the regional Prosecutor Albert Suyargulov, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that Uzbekistan is one of the leading foreign economic partners of Tatarstan.

On 4 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan RustamMinnikhanov held a meeting of the Antiterrorist Commission of the republic which took place at the Representative Edifice of the Kazan Kremlin with participation of the State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev, permanent members of the Commission, heads of executive bodies, heads of Kuybyshev and Gorkii Railways and Transport Prosecution of the Volga region, heads of the transport infrastructure, transport and road economy.

On 3 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian Deputy Minister of Energy Pavel Snikkars, Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Mikhail Ivanov,  Deputy Minister of Energy of Belarus Denis Moroz, Kyrgyzstan Deputy Minister of Energy Talaibek Baigaziev and Uzbekistan First Deputy Minister of Energy - Director of the Nuclear Energy Development Agency (Uzatom) Azim Akhmedkhadjaev and the Director for Strategic Projects of the Eurasian Development Bank Viktor Lebedev took part in a round table meeting dedicated to the topic “Investments into the FES: the role of interstate and regional cooperation” and held within the programme of the Tatarstan International Forum in Power Economy and Energy Efficiency at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center.

On April 1, Tatarstan State Counsellor, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Revival Regional Foundation Mintimer Shaimiev  took part in the solemn meeting dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Institute of Archeology after Alfred Khalikov, which was held in the assembly hall of the Academy of Sciences of Tatarstan, under the events “Results and prospects for the development of archaeological science in the Ural-Volga region”, which are taking place these days in Kazan.

On 1 April Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a meeting of the regional committee for preparation of BRICS Games held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the Russian Sports Minister Oleg Matytsin, his First Deputy Azat Kadyrov, the Minister of Sports of the republic Vladimir Leonov, the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and representatives of regional ministries and directorates.
