On 30 September, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that the beginning of October is marked by important dates -  The Day of the Aged (October 1) and World Teacher’s Day (October 5)  and it is necessary to organize these events at the high level.

On 29 September at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the acting Foreign Minister of Afghanistan Amir Khan Muttaqi, who came to Kazan to take part in the V session of the Moscow Format of Consultations on Afghanistan, discussed issues of interaction within the framework of Russia-Afghanistan relations. In particular, Rustam Minnikhanov said that today it is important to create conditions for progressive development as well as to solve humanitarian issues.

On 29 September in his office in the Kazan Kremlin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of India to the Russian Federation Pavan Kapoor who came to Kazan to take part in the V session of the Moscow Format of Consultations on Afghanistan.

On 29 September at the V session of the Moscow Format of Consultations on Afghanistan held in Kazan with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Director of the Second Department of Asia of the Russian Foreign Ministry Zamir Kabulov read out a greeting address from the Head of the Russian Foreign Ministry Sergey Lavrov, who could not take part in the session in person due to a number of reasons.

On 29 September Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov took part in Kazan International Legal Forum held in Kazan, where he together with the moderator and participants of the session “Violence in the web: new challenges and qualification problems” discussed measures of digital aggression prevention, protection and counteraction.

On 28 September, at a meeting of the Council of the Volga Federal District on issues of youth policy, Russian Presidential Envoy in the District Igor Komarov, who presided the meeting, handed in the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who took part in this meeting during his working trip to Perm, the Letter of Gratitude from the Russian President for his contribution into implementation of the strategy of development of construction sphere and housing and utilities infrastructure of the country.

On 28 September during his working trip to Perm, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Council of the Volga Federal District held by the Russian Presidential Envoy in the District Igor Komarov, which discussed issues of youth policy.

Speaking at the meeting, Igor Komarov stated that today the youth is the main object of informational and ideological pressure from strategic opponents of our country. “ The adequate resistance to this challenge presupposes systemic work of state power bodies, educational institutions and the civic society with the aim of strengthening fundamental Russian values and development of images of the future of the country for young people, who will want to live and work in it”, he said. 

On 28 September the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov  came on a working trip to Perm to take part in a meeting of the Council of the Volga Federal District held by the Russian Presidential Envoy in the District Igor Komarov, which will discuss issues of youth policy.

On September 28, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov chaired a regular board meeting of Tatneftekhiminvest Holding, which considered a number of innovative projects.
