On July 10, at the Korston Entertainment Complex, speaking at an opening of the meeting of the BRICS Ministers for Disaster Management with participation of the Russian Emergencies Minister Aleksandr Kurenkov, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that the modern conditions require a new look at the entire civil defense system and it is important that at such a time the BRICS countries strengthen interaction.

On 10 July upon his arrival to the Kazan International Airport, the Russian Emergencies Minister Aleksandr Kurenkov was welcomed by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. 

On July 9, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov attended the gala-concert of the children’s music charity festival «White steamer», which took part in the concert hall “Academy” of Volga Region State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism.

On July 8, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, Head of the State Archive-Keeping Committee of Tatarstan Gulnara Gabdrakhmanova informed about the genealogy festival “Echoes of centuries in the history of the family”, which has been taking place under the patronage of the State Committee of the Republic for Archival Affairs since 2019. During the period of its existence, over 10,000 people took part in it.

On 8 July, speaking at his meeting with the Turkish Deputy Minister of Industry and Technologies Akhmet Yozgatligil on the sidelines of the International Industrail Exhibition Innoporm-2024 in Yekaterinburg, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that Tatarstan attaches great importance to development of Turkey-Tatarstan economic cooperation.

On 8 July on the sidelines of the International Industrial Exhibition Innoporm-2024 in Yekaterinburg, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov signed an agreement of cooperation between the Russian Ministry, the Government of Tatarstan and the Rikoflot Company which envisages the construction of a phosphorus manufacturing plant at the Special Economic Zone of Alabuga, which will be the only plant in the country.

On 8 July on the sidelines of the Innoporm-2024 in Yekaterinburg, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the administration of the Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company (UMMC), which is the largest manufacturer of copper in Russia and is a strategic partner of Tatarstan.

On 8 July, speaking at his meeting in Yekaterinburg with Tajikistan Prime Minister Kokhir Rasulzoda, who came to Russia to take part in the International Industrial Exhibition Innoprom-2024, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said:”A continuous dialogue of leaders of our countries and reciprocal visits create remarkable conditions and opportunities for work at the inter-regional level.” 

On 8 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working trip to Yekaterinburg to take part in the International Industrial Exhibition Innoprom-2024. 

The forum has been held since 2010 and represents advanced industrial Russia and foreign companies. In the current year Tatarstan has also organized its exposition demonstrating a number of enterprises of the republic.
