On 14 September the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin, who is the Secretary of the United Russia regional branch, took part in a joint meeting of the Supreme Council and Presidium of the United Russia General Council, where its participants discussed results of the single voting day.

On 14 September at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the President of Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN) Vladimir Fillipov discussed a number of cooperation issues. In particular the President of RUDN informed that today the University signed an agreement of cooperation with Kazan Federal University (KFU). The document envisages development of joint educational programmes and technique as well as implementation of scientific and educational projects in spheres of research which are most important for both universities.

On 14 September at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Rector of the First Moscow State Medical University after I.M. Sechenov Petr Glybochko discussed promising spheres of cooperation between universities and the Healthcare system of the republic and the Sechenov University such as education, science and technology and innovations. 

On 14 September Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev took part in the 47th session of the State Council of the republic of the sixth convocation, where during the brake he attended the exhibition dedicated to the ethnographic project “The Embroidered Map of Tatarstan”.

On 14 September at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Hokim of Chirchik (Uzbekistan) Davron Hidoyatov  discussed issues of strengthening cooperation within the framework of friendly Russia-Uzbekistan relations, development of industrial cooperation and prospects of further joint projects.

On September 14, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the forty seven meeting of Tatarstan State Council of the sixth convocation held by Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin.

On September 14, at the Saydashev State Big Concert Hall, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov delivered his annual address for 2024 to the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan held under the forty seven meeting of the State Council of the sixth convocation.

On 13 September, speaking at his meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to the Russian Federation Botirjon Asadov in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stated that the republic highly appreciates the opportunity of developing cooperation with Uzbekistan within the framework of friendly Russia-Uzbekistan relations. 

On 12 September, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Forestry Ravil Kuzyrov told about forest pests, wages of forest rangers and impact of glampings on forests. 

On September 12, at their meeting on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin discussed the implementation of M-12 Moscow – Kazan project.
