On 7 September, speaking at the his meeting with the Director General of the Kangrun Group Vang Guymin and the Vice-President of the Hynovation Company Yao Yuping on the sidelines of the international economic forum “ROSTKI: Russia and China-mutually beneficial cooperation” held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov thanked his guests for visiting Tatarstan and stated that the republic is one of the most successful regions of Russia. “We have many well-developed branches of industry. I think we should deepen our cooperation,” he said.

On 7 September, speaking at the his meeting with the Administration of the International Exhibition Corporation Zhenwei on the sidelines of the international economic forum “ROSTKI: Russia and China-mutually beneficial cooperation” held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the guests for their participation in the first international forum uniting Russia and China, He reminded that cooperation between Tatarstan and China has a long history and their trade turnover increased more than by 58 per cent and reached 1.6bn dollars last year .

On 7 September, speaking at the opening ceremony of the international economic forum “ROSTKI: Russia and China-mutually beneficial cooperation” held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that due to personal efforts of leaders of Russia and China, the countries have created good opportunities for the development of interregional cooperation. 

“The important task to be solved in the nearest future is to increase the sustainability of industrial sphere under new conditions. China is a reliable partner in achievement of the set goals,” he emphasized.

On September 6, during his working visit to Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the 17th International Commercial Vehicle Show Comtrans-2023.

On September 6, in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov chaired a meeting of the Investment Council of the republic, where a number of investment projects where approved.

On 6 September Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a meeting of the regional Cabinet of Ministers in the Government House of the republic, which discussed main parameters of the forecast of social and economic development of the republic in 2024-2026, the forecast of the consolidated budget of the republic and the Regional Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund budget in 2024 and the planned 2025 and 2026.

On September 5, speaking at a meeting of the International Supervisory Board of the World-Class Scientific Center «Rational development of liquid hydrocarbon reserves of the planet» held at Lobachevsky Scientific Library, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that leading organizations of the scientific and educational complex of Tatarstan participate in all strategic initiatives of the scientific and technological development of the country.

On 5 Septemebr, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that farmers of the republic have harvested 3m 662 thousand tonnes of grain with the average yield of 25.8 centners per hectare.

“The harvest campaign is coming to an end with 25 thousand hectares left to be harvested,” he said.

On 5 September, after having walked along the Kirov dam in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin took a decision to improve this territory.
