On 12 September in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin had a meeting with Human Rights Commissioner in Russia Tatyana Moskalkova, who came to Kazan to take part in international events held during the General Assembly of the Asian Ombudsmen Association.

On 12 September at their meeting on the sidelines of the East Economic Forum, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the First Vice President of the Gazprombank Pavel Brusser discussed participation of the bank in financing infrastructural projects in Tatarstan in the framework of the public private partnership (PPP) in the spheres of road construction and tourism. 

On 12 September the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit to Maritime Territory where a delegation from the republic is taking part in the East Economic Forum. 

On 11 September the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin took part in lying of state of the former director of Kazan Engine Plant Aleksandr Pavlov, where he on behalf of the Rais of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov and from him personally expressed condolences and emphasized the passing away of Aleksandr Pavlov is a huge loss for the branch and the republic in whole.

On September 9, at the Government House of Tatarstan, Deputy Prime of the republic, chairman of the organizing committee for the preparation and holding of the film festival Vasil Shaykhraziev chaired a meeting of the organizers and jury members of the XIX Kazan International Muslim Film Festival, held in Kazan from 5 to 9 September.

On September 9, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and CEO of the Russian Environmental Operator Denis Butsaev discussed issues of cooperation in the field of solid municipal waste management, as well as the modernization of infrastructure for the collection, accumulation and processing of solid waste. 

On September 9, speaking at a regional meeting at the Government House of the republic chaired by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade Oleg Korobchenko said that on the results of 7 months, index of industrial production made 103,8 percent.

On 9 September, speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov ith participation of regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about implementation of the capital overhaul of social and cultural facilities and multi-apartment houses.

On 9 September, speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rutam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic, the President of the regional Academy of Sciences Rifkat Minnikhanov reported about preparations for holding the international forum Kazan Digital Week - 2023.

On 9 September, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave a number of errands concerning the election to be held on 10 September and the beginning of the heating season.
