On 18 September Uzbekistan Prime Minister Abdulla Oripov, who arrived on a working visit to Tatarstan, accompanied by the Rais (Head) of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov went to the Special Economic Zone of Alabuga where they were told about advantages of the special territory.

On 17 September Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin attended the final play of the Russia Rugby Cup at the VTB Arena of the Yashin Sentral Stadium Dinamo, where the Strela (Kazan) defeated the Krasnyy Yar from Krosnoyarsk with a 23:12 score. 

On 16 September, speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin said that the implementation of construction programmes in the republic is in full swing and contractors commission ready facilities every week.

Traditional agricultural fairs started in the republic on 9 September, with 14 fairs in Kazan, two in Naberezhnyye Chelny and Zelenodolk, 3 in Nizhnekamsk and 26 in regional centers, having sold 78m rubles of agricultural products in the first day already.

On September 15, at the Korston cinema, Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev watched the film “Take and Remember” by film director Baybulat Batulla. Together with him at the film screening were director Baybulat Batulla, writer Rabit Batulla, who played one of the main roles, and Chairman of the Writers' Union of Tatarstan Rkail Zaidullin.

On 15 September at the Big Blue Lake the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a field meeting on further development of the Blue Lakes area.

The work on improvement of the territory around the lakes started two years ago when bank protection measures were implemented, pedestrian paths, information pavilions with cafeteria were built, the pedestrian bridge was reconstructed and illumination was fixed. 

On September 15, at the Ak Bars Arena Stadium, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with leading athletes and coaches of the republic.

Before the meeting, Minnikhanov visited the new Museum of Sports of Tatarstan, where all the brightest sports moments associated with Tatarstan are presented. The exhibition includes an extensive collection of attributes and exhibits, interactive stands, elements of augmented reality and a projection hall.

On 15 September at the Ak Bars Arena Stadium the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the Tatarstan Merited Master of Sports in billiards Diana Mironova, who is the first and the only woman’s all-round champion and the Men’s Cup winner in 2023. She is also the most decorated billiards player both among women and men.
