On 14 September Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part took part in the elections of the Rais of the republic and cast his vote on the polling station on Chetaeva Street in Kazan.

There are four candidates taking part in the elections of the Head of the republic, namely Rustam Minnikhanov form the One Russia Party, Khafiz Migralimov from the KPRF, Vitaliy Smirnov from the Russian Party of Pensioners for Social Justice and Ruslan Yusupov from the LDPR.

On 14 September Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev took part in the elections of the Rais of the republic and cast his vote on the polling station in the Settlement of Borovyye Matyushi.

On 14 September the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Rais of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov took part in the elections of the Rais of the republic and cast his vote on the polling station 1747 in the Settlement of Borovyye Matyushi.

On 14 September the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in elections of the Rais of the republic and members to the local self-government representative bodies. 

He came with his wife and cast his vote at the polling station №42 located on Karl Marx Street in Kazan.

On 11 September, addressing residents of the republic on the eve of the Single Voting Day, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov wrote: “Dear residents! On 14 September there will be elections of members to the local self-government representative bodies, the Rais of Tatarstan and additional elections of a member of the regional State Council from Melekess constituency.

On September 10, the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Rais of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov with participation of the State Secretary- Deputy Director of Rosgvardia (the National Guard of the Russian Federation) Colonel- General Oleg Plokhoy, Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin, military personnel, participants and veterans of the special military operation, representatives of security forces took part in a solemn ceremony of handing in the Order of Zhukov to the separate special operations detachment "Bars" of the Volga region of Rosgvardia.

On 9 September at a briefing in the Government House of the republic and dedicated to issues of organizing and holding the single day of voting, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Tatarstan Andrey Kodratyev told that the elections of the Rais of the republic, of members of the local self-government bodies as well as the additional elections of a member of the State Council of the republic from the Melecess constituency will be held on 14 September.

On September 8, speaking at a meeting of the organizing committee and jury members of the XXI Kazan International Film Festival "Altyn Minbar", which was held in the capital of Tatarstan from September 5 to 9 under the motto "Through the dialogue of cultures - to the culture of dialogue", Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Vasil Shaykhraziev, who chaired this meeting, thanked the jury members for their attention to the festival and noted its growing authority. "The Kazan International Film Festival continues to develop, its geography and number of participants are expanding. This year we are celebrating a record number of applications, which indicates the importance of our forum," he emphasized.

On 8 September the Chief   of Staff of the Office of the Rais of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov, the regional Minister for Youth Affairs Rinat Sadykov, the Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Law and Order of the State Council of the republic and the Hero of Russia Rasim Basikov took part in a ceremony of launching the first in-person module of the educational project “Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan” for veterans of the special military operation  which will make it possible for them to receive  new qualification diplomas as well as skills and knowledge needed for working in state and local self-government bodies.

On 8 September in his address to financiers dedicated to their professional holiday, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated them with the Day of Russian Financier and wrote: “The financial system is the foundation of the stability of the republic and a guarantee of the sustainable development of economy.
