On 5 December at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Minister of Justice Konstantin Chuychenko and the Director of the Federal Penitentiary Service Arkadiy Gostev discussed issues of interaction at the regional level, improvement of the penitentiary system of the region and strengthening the penitentiary system facilities.

On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “

Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.

On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.

On 3 December at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director General of the Megafon Company Khachatur Pombuckhchan discussed issues of cooperation at the regional level. The parties of the meeting touched upon such topics as promising spheres for further interaction and the development of the infrastructure.

On December 3, during his working visit to Baltsi region of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Head of Baltasi region Ramil Nutfullin and Advisor to the Mufti of Tatarstan on social issues Ildar Bayazitov visited a Muslim boarding school for boys in the village of Burbashi.

On 3 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn ceremony of occupation of a 12 apartment house in the Settlement of Baltasi of the republic built with investments from the State Housing Fund under the Rais of the republic as part of the regional social mortgage program for families with many children, orphans and participants of the Rental Housing Programme.  

On 3 December at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia (FNPR) Sergey Chernogayev, who came to Kazan to take part in the general meeting of Tatarstan trade unions federation,   discussed issues of trade union movement in the region, close interaction with trade unions and strengthening the mentorship institute.

On 2 December at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Mikhail Yurin discussed the development of industrial enterprises of the region including those in low-tonnage chemistry, measures of the state support for the branch and implementation of promising investments projects . Earlier the same day Mikhail Yurin visited Kazan Federal University.

On 1 December in the evening the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan Saida Mirziyoyeva, who came on a working trip to Kazan, attended a concert of the pianist Kirill Richter and the National Symphony Orchestra of Uzbekistan under the direction of maestro Alibek Kabdurakhmanov held in Galiaskar Kamal Theatre in Kazan. Earlier today Saida Mirziyoyeva got acquainted with the exposition “Light between worlds” located at the government offices of the Kazan Kremlin.

On 1 December at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan Saida Mirziyoyeva, who came on a working trip to Kazan, discussed issues of further interaction in the spheres of culture, tourism and economy.
