On 6 April, at their meeting in Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to the Russian capital, and the Administration of the Tourism. RF Corporation discussed implementation of the investment project on building a year round resort Kazan Marina in Laishevo region of the republic, in particular preparations of necessary project documents and the future tasks in construction of the servicing infrastructure and resort facilities.

On 6 April at their meeting in Moscow the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Emergencies Situations Ministry Aleksandr Kurenkov discussed progress of the construction of the educational-training complex for fire-fighters and rescue workers being built in Laishevo region of the republic. The facility, which will be completed by the International Salon “Comprehensive Security” to be held in Kazan in September, will be used for practical training of specialists to act in conditions as close to real ones as possible.

At the meeting the parties also touched an issue of the staffing of this complex.

On 4 April at a regular regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov summarized the results of the Kazan International Electric Power Forum ENERGOPROM-2026 held on 1-3 April at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center and said that due to the support from Russian Ministry of Energy and Russian Ministry of Trade and Industry it has gained a federal status.

On 4 April, speaking at a regular regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stated that the republic is one of the industrially developed regions of the country and that is why issues of ensuring production safety must be a priority.

On 4 April, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the Acting Chairman of the regional State Council Marat Akhmetov, the First Deputy Minister of agriculture and Food of the republic Lenar Garipov reported about preparation to spring field work.

On 3 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Russian Minister of Energy Sergey Tsivilev, the Chairman of the Board of the JSC "System Operator of the Unified Energy System", the Executive Director of the SIBUR Company Ruslan Gizzatullin and other officials took part in one of sessions held during the Youth Day of the International Electric Power Forum Energoprom-2026 held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center.

On April 2, on the sidelines of the International Electric Power Forum Energoprom-2026 held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the Minister of Energy and Water Resources of Tajikistan Daler Juma Daler Juma, Minister of Energy and Water Resources of Tajikistan.

On April 2, at their meeting at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre on the sidelines of Kazan International Energy Forum “Energoprom” and related events, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Viktor Karankevich exchanged views on a number of topical issues, including prospects for further cooperation and the implementation of joint projects.

On April 2, on the sidelines of the International Energy Forum "ENERGOPROM-2026", the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Minister of Energy Sergey Tsivilev took part in the signing ceremony of several cooperation agreements, namely a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministries of Energy of Russia and Kyrgyzstan, as well as a memorandum of understanding between the Kyrgyz Ministry of Energy and the international consortium "Alterna Invest".

On 1 April at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Kyrgyzstan Minister of Energy Taalaibek Ibraev, who came as a Head of the delegation to take part in the International Electric Power Forum Energoprom-2026, discussed the development of mutually beneficial ties and cooperation.
