On 8 March in his address on the occasion of the International Women’s Day, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated all women of the republic with the event and wrote: “This spring holiday is an excellent reason to express you words of endless gratitude and sincere admiration. You occupy a special place in our live personifying the brightest qualities such as love and tenderness, beauty and internal harmony, wisdom and mother care.

On 3 March, speaking at meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov reported about progress of preparations to spring field work and situation with pedigree animal breeding.

On 7 March at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to step up control over snow removal from roofs and get ready for spring flooding.

On 6 March, speaking at a ceremony in the Kazan Kremlin of honoring women who have made a substantial contribution into social and economic development of Tatarstan and gained wide public recognition, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov expressed sincere gratitude for their talent and energy and professionalism thanks to which the economy and social sphere of the republic are moving forward.

On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan. 

On 5 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting summarizing results of work of the Arbitration Court of the republic in 2025, where the Chairman of the Court Vitaliy Gilmutdinov informed that the court staffing level at the end of the reporting period was 288 people.

On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.

On 4 March at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uganda to the Russian Federation Moses Kawaaluuko Kizige discussed issues of further development of relations within the framework of cooperation of Russia and Uganda.

On 2 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Mufti of the republic Kamil Samigullin and the Head of Arsk region Almaz Khisamutdinov visited the Arsk central mosque after its capital overhaul. 

On 2 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a plenary session dedicated to the 195th anniversary of consumer cooperation system in Russia held in the Village of Chirpy in Vysokaya Gora region of the republic.
