Rustam Minnikhanov and Heads of Foreign Ministries of the States-Participants of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) honor the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War in the Victory Park

On 10 June the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Russian Minister for Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov and the Ministers for Foreign Affairs of the States-Participants of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) honored the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War (WW II) and laid flowers to the Eternal Flame at the colonnade of the Glory Memorial in the Victory Park in Kazan.

Then Rustam Minnikhanov together with Ministers for Foreign Affairs went to the Kazan City Hall which will be a venue of a meeting of the Council of Ministers for Foreign Affairs of States-Participants of the CSTO.
