Tatarstan Human Rights Ombudsman Sariya Saburskaya informed about results of work of population feedback digital platforms in the first three months of 2025

On 22 March, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov at the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Human Rights Ombudsman of the republic Sariya Saburskaya informed about results of work of population feedback digital platforms in the first three months of 2025.

She said that residents of the republic actively use such feedback channels as “People’s Control”, the Gosuslugi. Let’s Solve Together and the Incident Management to solve various issues, and in the first three months of the current year the total amount of applications made 79 844, the majority of them related to the city improvement and infrastructure, roads and communal services.

Sariya Saburskaya also reported about a complex system for working with the feedback concerning support to the participants of the special military operation and their families and the feedback platform where her office monitors the response expedience and satisfaction of residents with the results of the consideration of their complaints.

In conclusion she reminded that all feedback platforms are open, transparent and accessible for the population of the republic and users can follow, evaluate and support applications and complaints online.
