Rustam Minnikhanov attends XIII regional Iftar

On 19 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Mufti of the republic Kamil Samigullin attended the XIII regional Iftar organized by the Tatarstan Muslims Spiritual Board, the Administration of the Ak Bars stadium and the national tourist complex Tugan Avylym (Native Village) at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center.

 More than 13 thousand people, including Muslims from various regions of the republic, veterans of the special military operation (SMO)  and relatives of soldiers fighting at the front as well as religious, public, cultural and state leaders took part in the event, the menu of which comprised the main course, beverages, fruits, vegetables and sweets. 

In the lobby of the exhibition center there was an exhibition telling about the contribution of Muslims into the Victory in WWII and help provided to participants of the SMO as well as achievements of the Tatarstan Muslims Spiritual Board.
