On 1 June in the Kazan Settlement of Derbyshki the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin and the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin attended the fest of the yard dedicated to the International Children’s Day.
Rustam Minnikhanov looked round the yard which underwent renovation and now has the children’s playground, the sport’s ground, comfortable benches and the improved territory and talked to local residents.
Later the same day the Rais of the republic visited the Raketa stadium which today hosts the final urban stage of All-Russia competitions of young football players “The Leather Ball.” He greeted the athletes and numerous fans and said: “The republic has always paid special attention to development of sports. These youngsters are the future of our republic. Football in on the rise here as our Rubin (local football team) has returned to the Premier League. I wish you all success.”
Later Rustam Minnikhanov also looked round the bath complex located across the street of the stadium.
