Rustam Minnikhanov visits a new park and Gymnasium 184 Kilyachak in Soviet District of Kazan

On 30 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, the regional Minister of Education and Science Ilsur Khadiullin and the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin walked round a new public space-the park by the “Bright Valley” residential complex on the right bank of the Noksa River in the Soviet District of Kazan.

The Head of the Fund “The Institute of Tatarstan Cities Development” Nailya Zinatullina told Rustam Minnikhanov that most residents of the complex are young families with children and to create friendly and comfortable space with useful functions the park was equipped with a spacious walking zone, sports grounds and scootering zones and other spaces for a good rest

More than 1 300 bushes and more than 1480 were planted in the park, she said.

The Rais of Tatarstan also visited the Gymnasium 184 Kilyachak (The Future) nearby the park , where its employees informed him that from 2018 to 2023 the number of schoolchildren of the facility grew five times from 355 to 2 138 kids. In the Gymnasium Rustam Minnikhanov looked round class rooms, the school hall, workshops and the school cafeteria where he was shown a balanced menu and dishes for schoolchildren in the new academic year.  

In the end of his visit Rustam Minnikhanov handed in laptops to young teachers who are starting their career in the Gymnasium 184.
