On September 18, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Tupolev Company, visited the Gorbunov Kazan Aircraft Plant - branch of the Tupolev Company, where he looked around a number of construction projects, in particular, the construction site of the mechanical processing shop of the Gorbunov Plant, the construction of which is progressing at an advanced pace. They spoke in more detail about the progress of the work and the completion dates of the construction. They also visited other workshops.

At the next site, Minnikhanov was informed about the progress of construction of logistics centers, where there was a presentation of the site for the construction of workshops for composite production, for reconstruction and re-equipment for linear production.
