On 6 July at the Chinese consulate in Kazan Tatarstan President Ruistam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the Consul General of China Wu Yingqin, who is completing his mission in Tatarstan and is transferred to other place of work. 

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated Commander of the Central Military Region, Colonel-General Aleksander Lapin on being awarded the title of Hero of Russia.

According to the assessment of Russian Ministry of Economic Development, in 2021, the efficiency of the Tatarstan special economic zone «Innopolis» again amounted to 100 per cent.

For the third year in a row, it has been recognized as one of the best Russian special economic zones of a technology-innovative type.

On July 4, at the International Industrial Exhibition Innoprom-2022, where Kazakhstan is a partner country, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting with the akim of Kostanay region Archimedes Mukhambetov.

On 4 July at his meeting with the Turkish Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology, the Chief Counselor of the Turkish President Hasan Büyükdede on the sidelines of the International Industrial Exhibition Innoprom-2022 in Yekaterinburg, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said: “We attach great importance to the development of Tatarstan-Turkey trade, economic and investments cooperation aimed at strengthening relations between Russian and Turkey.” 

On 4 July, speaking at a session “The Meeting points of Industrial Chains – the role of industrial parks and special economic zones infrastructure in the industrial transition” held at the International Industrial Exhibition Innoprom-2022 in Yekaterinburg, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov reminded that the republic has two special economic zones (SEZ) which have been acknowledged as the most efficient in Russia.

On 4 July at their meeting on the sidelines of the International Industrial Exhibition Innoprom-2022 in Yekaterinburg, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Governor of Perm region Dmitriy Makhonin discussed issues of different spheres of cooperation in particular developing water ways for cargo shipping and ship building.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov has come to Yekaterinburg to take part in the International Industrial Exhibition Innoprom-2022, which is held for 12th time with participation of more than 350 speakers and experts, heads of businesses and professional participants from 50 countries of the world.

On July 3, during his working visit to Yekaterinburg, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the Governor of the Sverdlovsk region Yevgeny Kuyvashev.

On 2 July Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Head of the Republic of Mordovia Artyom Zdunov took part in the XII All-Russia rural Sabantuy held in the village of Aksenovo in Mordovia. 

A delegation from Tatarstan was the most numerous among other official delegations, which came from 24 entities of Russia, such as Ulyanovsk, Orenburg, Penza, Samara, Bashkortostan and Buryatia.
