I sincerely congratulate you on the National Unity Day - a holiday of friendship, harmony and might of multinational Russia.

On November 3, Kazan hosted an expanded meeting of the Council of the Assembly of Peoples of Tatarstan, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Assembly and the upcoming National Unity Day.

Before the meeting, participants and guests of the solemn event visited the photo exhibition «Assembly of Peoples of Tatarstan: history and modernity», opened in the exhibition hall of the House of House of Peoples' Friendship.

On 3 November at their meeting in Manama,  Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working visit to Bahrain, and the Prime Minister and the Crown Prince of Bahrain Salman bin Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa  discussed spheres which can be promising for cooperation.

On 3 November at his meeting with the Chairman of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs of Bahrain Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working visit to the country, expressed his gratitude to the  Shaikh for the invitation to take part in the forum and for his visit to Tatarstan to take part in events dedicated to celebrations of the 110th anniversary of adoption of Islam by the Volga Bulgaria.

On 3 November Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working visit to the City of Manama, made a speech at the Bahrain Dialogue Forum organized by the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs of Bahrain and dedicated to the topic of "East and West for Human Coexistence".

On November 2, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a working visit in the Kingdom of Bahrain, was met by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Bahrain Aleksey Skosyrev, member of the royal family Hamad bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Vice President of the Supreme Council for Environment His Highness Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid bin Isa Al Khalifa and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Khalifa at the international airport of the city of Manama.

On 1 November at their meeting in Moscow Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who came to Moscow on a working trip, the Chairman of Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Aleksandr Shokhin and the Head of Tatarstan Association of Enterprises and Industrialists Aleksandr Lavrenyev signed an agreement on developing a mutually beneficial cooperation in such spheres as facilitation of investments climate of the republic, implementation of the best regional practices in this sphere, initiation and promotion of important investment projects, projects of comprehensive sustainable development of Tatarstan and others.

On 1 November, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service in Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said Tatarstan residents, who have been mobilized or are on contract military service do not have to pay tax assessment notices as they are eligible for deferral and some benefits. He clarified they will be able to pay taxes by installments during the next six months.

On 1 November in the Kazan Kremlin Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaymiyev, who is also the Chairman of the Trustees Council of the regional Revival Fund and the UNESCO Good Will Ambassador, had a meeting with the Chairman of the Board of Russian Historical Society- the Executive Director of the History of the Fatherland Fund of Russian Academy of Sciences Konstantin Mogilevsliy, the Member of the Russian Historical Society Presidium , Director of the Institute of Archeology of Russian Academy of Sciences Nikolay Makarov and the Academician of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences Shakhin Mustafayev, who came to take part in the international conference “Restoration, Conservation and Museumfication of the archeological wood and organic materials” in Kazan.

On 1 November, during his working trip to Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the Director General of the State Transport Leasing Company Yevgeniy Ditrikh, where they discussed development of the transport branch including ship-building industry and such matters as the current condition of the river transportation vehicles, passenger transportation by the river and others.
