On 25 November Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Dmitriy Chernyshenko held a plenary session of the Digital Innopolis Days 2022 Forum, which started in the City of Innopolis and is dedicated to digital transformation in education, business and public administration and held with participation of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian Deputy Minister of Science and Education Darya Kiryanova, the Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the country Maxim Parshin  and Russian Deputy Minister of Energy Eduard Sheremetyev.

On 25 November the Deputy Head of the Russian Government Dmitriy Chernyshenko and Tatarstan President Rustam Minnihanov visited the city of Innopolis and inspected the construction site of three students’ dorms of the Innopolis University as well as the functioning of domestic Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology used for buildings operation.

On 25 November at their meeting in the Government house of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Moscow Patriarchy External Church Relations Metropolitan Antony of Volokolamsk, who is also the Vicar of Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia,  discussed issues of interaction with state and public organizations and cultural cooperation.

On 24 November Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev, who is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Regional Revival Fund, the Head of the regional President’s Office Asgat Safarov, the Director of the State Hermitage Mikhail Piotrovskiy, Tatarstan Mufti and the head of the Regional Muslims Spiritual Board Kamil Samigullin, Metropolitan Cyril of Kazan and Tatarstan and  the Lama of Buddhists Traditional Sangha of Russia in the North-West region Buda Badmayev  took part in a plenary session of the Valday International Discussion Club conference which started in Kazan and is dedicated to the topic of “Religious polyvocality and national unity”.

On 24 November, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Kazan National Research Technical University after A. Tupolev-KAI.

On November 22, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Transport and Roads Farit Khanifov, Head of the Federal State Institution " Federal Highway Administration of the Volga-Vyatka Region of the Federal Road Agency" Ildar Mingazov, Director of the State Institution "Glavtatdortrans" Eduard Danilov, Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of Kazan for improvement issues Igor Kulyazhev took part in a briefing on the results of the implementation of the road works programme and readiness of road organizations of Tatarstan to work in winter conditions.

On 19 November, speaking at a regional meeting held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Head of the Department of the Federal Tax Service in Tatarstan Marat Safiullin reported about introduction of the Unified Tax Payment and the Unified Tax Account.

On 19 November, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that children of those taking part in the Special Military Operation, must be the center of attention when organizing New Year events.

On 18 November Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the 37 session of the State Council of the republic which discussed 15 issues including four regional and three federal draft laws.
