On December 6, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn opening of football arenas in the village of Vysokaya Gora, as well as in videoconference mode - in Buinsk and Menzelinsk.

On December 5, in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Russian Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimova, who arrived on a working visit in Tatarstan to take part in the opening ceremony of the International Forum of the 50th Anniversary of Convention concerning the protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage.

On December 5, in Kazan, Tatarstan President, Chairman of the Russia – Islamic World Strategic Vision Group Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimova, the State Counselor of the republic, UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador Mintimer Shaimiev and Executive Secretary of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO Grigory Ordzhonikidze and delegations of a number of foreign states took part in the opening of the International Forum of the 50th Anniversary of Convention concerning the protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage.

On December 5, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a one-day working visit in the Republic of Abkhazia, together with the President of Abkhazia, Aslan Bzhania inspected facilities in several regions of the republic and discussed issues of expanding cooperation in tourism, in particular, the possibility of organizing recreation for children.

On December 3, in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited Ak Bars Arena stadium, got acquainted with the work of the sports facility and talked to visitors of the children’s and youth pool “Arena Swim”.

On December 3, speaking in the Government House of the republic at a videoconference chaired by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin and Prime Minister of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin, curator of the programme "Our Yard" Arina Petrova (Institute for Urban Development of the Republic of Tatarstan Foundation) said that the coordination of work schemes under the Our Yard programme in 2023 completed in Tatarstan.

On 3 December at a videoconference held  by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with all municipalities of the republic and with participation of the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and the Chairman of the regional State Council Farid Mukhametshin  in the Government house of the republic, regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov reported that in 10 months of the current year agricultural workers of the republic produced 1m 264 thousand tonnes of milk, 342 thousand tonnes of meat and poultry and 1bn 28m eggs.

On 3 December, speaking at a videoconference held with all municipalities of the republic in the Government house of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to organize events dedicated to the Day of the Fatherland Heroes at the highest level. He also proposed heads of cities and regions, ministries and departments and well as the administration of large companies to take personal part in the events.

On 2 December Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of awarding winners of the regional volunteering award “Kind Tatarstan” held in Kazan

The regional competition is held since 2010 to reveal, support and encourage volunteers for their outstanding achievements in volunteering in Tatarstan, and speaking to participants of the ceremony, Tatarstan President said: “We admire your strong will, unselfishness and kindness as well as your civic consciousness. In this audience we also have representatives of large enterprises of the republic and private businessmen who do not stay aside and give comprehensive help to population of Tatarstan. Please, receive my sincere gratitude for that”. 

On 2 December during the ceremony of awarding winners of the regional volunteering award “Kind Tatarstan” held in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with volunteers, where he said: “Your desire to be useful and help is worth the highest appreciation. Volunteering is the state of a soul. I admire your strong will”.
