On July 10, in the Alkeyevsk region of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Governor of the Ulyanovsk region Aleksey Russkikh, Head of the Chuvash Republic Oleg Nikolaev, leader of Communist Party of the Russian Federation Gennady Zyuganov, Chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin, Chairman of the Zvenigovsky agricultural production co-operative Ivan Kazankov took part in the regional holiday of the Chuvash culture "Uyav".

On 9 July at their meeting in the Government house of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minniukhanov and the Chairman of the KPRF Central Committee Gennadiy Zyaganov, who is the head of the KPRF fraction in the Russian State Duma, discussed issues of social and economic development of the republic, interaction with the Tatarstan branch of KPRF, including preservation of the Soviet heritage, and a number of other important topics.

On 9 July Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Minister of Construction and Housing and Utilities Sector Irek Fayzullin took part in a ceremonial prayer on the occasion of Kurban-Bayram Holiday held in Galeyev Mosque in Kazan.

Speaking to the congregation, the First Deputy Mufti of the republic Ilfar hazrat Khasanov told in his festive sermon about history and traditions of the holiday and the deep sense of the sacrifice. He also mentioned that this year the feast has a special meaning due to the celebration of the 1100th anniversary of adopting Islam by the Volga Bulgaria.

In his address on the occasion of Kurban-Bayram Holiday Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said: 

On 8 July in the Kazan City Hall Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, the State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev and Russian Minister of Construction and Housing and Utilities Sector Irek Fayzullin took part in the ceremony of awarding winners of the open international competition in the draft design of the Cathedral Mosque and its surroundings in Kazan. 

On 8 July the Tatarstan First Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin took part in a ceremonial rally dedicated to the departure of the volunteer battalion “Alga” to the place of duty.

On 8 July Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Russian Minister of Agriculture Dmitriy Patrushev and the Governor of Bryansk region Aleksandr Bogomaz got acquainted with the agribusiness advance achievements at the AgroVolga-2022 exposition organized at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center.

On 8 July the Tatarstan First Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin introduced Rustem Sibgatullin, who has been appointed the new head of Kazan branch of the Center for Ensuring the Russian Treasury Activity to its staff. 

Earlier Sibgatullin worked as the First Deputy Minister of Economy of the republic. Amina Khusainova, who headed the branch from 2016, has been appointed Vice-rector in infrastructure of Financial University of Government of Russia and Rustam Nigmatullin expressed gratitude to her for her contribution into the social and economic development of the republic. 

On 8 July on the sidelines of the International Agribusiness Exhibition AgroVolga-2022 at the Kazan Expo, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed in 16 new specialized vehicles – mobile shops and mobile bakery cars to the consumer's co-operative societies. Russian Minister of Agriculture Dmitriy Patrushev and Governor of Bryansk region Aleksandr Bogomaz also took part in the ceremony. 

On July 7, at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Governor of Golestan province of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ali Mohammad Zanganeh.

Welcoming the guests, Minnikhanov emphasized that Tatarstan highly appreciates cooperation with Iran under the Russian-Iranian relations.
