On 30 July, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government house of the republic , Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to the regional Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Construction, heads of regions and cities and school headmasters to provide timely readiness of schools and vocational colleges to the beginning of the new school year.

On 29 July Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the 89th graduation ceremony of the Kazan Army Armor School, which trains military officers for tank forces management for the Russian Army. 

On July 28, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director of the Federal Bailiff Service - Chief Bailiff of the Russian Federation Dmitry Aristov discussed issues of cooperation between the executive authorities of Tatarstan and the Federal Bailiff Service in ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, improving the quality of work with appeals, and developing systems of interdepartmental interaction.

A number of innovative projects were presented at the Tatneftekhiminvest Holding Board meeting held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic on 26 July.

On 26 July at its regular meeting held at the Government house of the republic, the Board of Directors of PJSC Tatneft reelected Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov  as the Chairman  of the Company’s Management Board, and approved the membership of the committees under the Board of Directors: Yury Levin as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, Laszlo Gerech as the Chairman of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee and Nail Maganov  - Chairman of the Committee for Sustainable Development and Corporate Management Committee.

On July 26, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional meeting of financial, treasury and tax authorities of the republic with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy Maksim Topilin on the results of the implementation of the consolidated budget for the first half of 2022 and tasks till the end of this year, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that in today's challenging environment, it is necessary to ensure tight fiscal discipline.

On July 22, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a joint meeting of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy and the Operational Headquarters for ensuring socio-economic stability in the republic with participation of Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy Maksim Topilin, First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Vasily Osmakov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia Dmitry Vakhrukov, State Secretary - Deputy Minister of Finance of Russia Aleksey Sazanov, representatives of regional ministries and departments and heads of enterprises, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that under restrictions pressure from Western countries, Tatarstan enterprises are developing new logistics links and reorienting their production to other markets.

On 21 July Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev, who is also the Chairman of the Foundation Board of the Regional Revival Fund, took part in a ceremonial event dedicated to 443th anniversary of appropriation of the Kazan Virgin Icon held in the reconstructed Cathedral of the Kazan Virgin Icon after the Divine Liturgy.
