On 18 September in Istanbul  the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Turkey, had a meeting with the  Minister of Industry and Technology of Turkey Mehmet Fatih Kajir whom he thanked for his invitation to attend the festival of aviation, space and technologies “Technofest”.

On 18 September the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Turkey, handed in the Letter of Appreciation from the Rais of Tatarstan to the Russian Consul-General in Istanbul Andrey Buravov  for his fruitful cooperation with the republic and big contribution in implementation of joint projects.

On 17 September, speaking at his meeting with Plenipotentiary Ambassadors and diplomats- participants the Kazan Digital Week from foreign countries on the sidelines of the International Forum Kazan Digital Week-2025, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov welcomed his guests in Kazan and thanked for taking part in the Forum and their interest to the republic as one of entities of the Russian Federation.

On 17 September at their meeting on the sidelines of the International Forum Kazan Digital Week-2025, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Minister of Information and Telecommunications of Serbia Boris Bratina, who took part in the Forum opening ceremony,   discussed issues of further interaction.

On 17 September at their meeting on the sidelines of the International Forum Kazan Digital Week-2025 held at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Board of the Biforkom Tek and the Neoros Companies Oleg Larionov discussed issues of interaction and opportunities for implementation of joint projects.

On 17 September, speaking at the opening ceremony of the International Forum  Kazan Digital Week – 2025 held at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center on 17-19 September, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov underlined that every year the forum, which is held for the sixth time this year, is becoming increasingly large-scale and significant.

On 16 September the Government of Tatarstan and the LUKOIL Company signed an agreement on cooperation till 2030 which envisages the development of long term programmes on development of the raw material base, development of deposits, transportation of oil and gas and improvement of the production management structure. 

On 15 September , speaking at a briefing in the Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, the regional Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin informed that representatives of 74 countries have confirmed their participation in the Kazan Digital Week-2025 to be held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center on 17-19 September.

On 15 September the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin looked round the Zilant garden, which underwent capital overhaul and is located on Kremlevskaya Street in Kazan.
