On 25 December during his working trip to Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Russian Central Bank held by the Bank Chairperson Elvira Nabiullina with participation of the Chairman of the AAOIFI Board of Trustees Sheikh Ebrahim bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa.

On 24 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin visited the Christmas Tree and a fair by the Akiyat puppet theater in Kazan. 

The Biyalay Fair with attractions, catering units and crafts stalls has been opened today and is included into an extensive festive program and will run until January 8. It is one of the main sites for recreation of residents and guests of the city during New Year holidays.

On 24 December at the Tatneft-Arena Ice Palace the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a traditional meeting with participants of the regional Christmas Tree Fest held with kids who distinguished themselves in studies, sports, culture and social activities.

On 24 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and the Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva visited the Kazan Zoo “The Zambezi River” which consists of two parts – the historical established in 1806 by Professor Karl Fux and the modern part named the Zambezi River and opened in 2019. 

On 24 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a charity action “The Christmas Tree of Wishes” held during the 17th session of the State Council of the republic of the seventh convocation. 

Rustam Minnikhanov will fulfill wishes of seven-year old Amir who will be given a robotics kit and three-year old Azalia who is dreaming of a toy house. Both kids are from families of participants of the special military operation.

On 24 December Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a charity action “The Christmas Tree of Wishes” held during the 17th session of the State Council of the republic of the seventh convocation.

The Head of the Government of the republic will fulfill wishes of five-year old Landysh who dreams of a guitar, 13-year old Zariva who will get a smart speaker, eight-year old Leyla dreaming of a bike and 16-year old Evelina who will be given an e-book.

On 23 December, speaking at a ceremonial event dedicated to the Power Engineers' Day held at the Pyramid Recreation Center in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated all employees of the branch with their professional holiday and said: “This year this holiday has a special meaning for the republic.  One hundred years ago, the first turbo-generator unit was put into operation in Kazan. This event marked a new stage in the development of the energy sector of the republic, when centralized electricity supply came to residential buildings and industrial enterprises. With deep gratitude we recollect those who created the energy shield of the country, we pay tribute to the front-line energy workers and those who forged victory in the rear and rebuilt the devastated industry in the post-war years.”

On 23 December at a ceremony held in front of the new Noble Millennium Panorama hotel in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov handed over keys from 49 LADA cars to the editorial offices of the branches of JSC TATMEDIA in the municipal districts of the republic.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Rais of the republic stated that representatives of district Mass Media protect the interests of residents of even the most remote corners of our republic, show real life, and are the main source of information for hundreds of thousands of Tatarstan residents. ”New cars will help journalists to be more mobile,” he said.

On 23 December in the Kazan Kremlin the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of handing in more than 50 state awards of Russia and the republic.

Speaking to participants of the ceremony, the Rais of the republic said: “According to a well-established tradition, on New Year's Eve we honor the most distinguished Tatarstan residents in the Kazan Kremlin. Today here we have representatives of the republic who are for all of us an example of professionalism, dedication to their work, and honest service to the Fatherland. It is my pleasure to hand in high state awards of Russia and Tatarstan to you.”  

On 22 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of handing over a certificate for 15 new buses for the public transportation fleet in Nizhnekamsk municipality, held with participation of regional Minister of Transport and Road Economy Farit Khanifov, the Head of Nizhnekamsk municipality Radmir Belyaev, the Director of the Middle Volga branch of the Gazprom Gas fuel company Bulat Gazizullin and other officials.
