On 10 November speaking at the Tatarstan State Council at a ceremony of starting an educational programme for public servants of Donetsk and Lugansk republics, Zaporozhe and Kherson regions and the Republic of the Crimea, the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov said that the republic will continue supporting new territories of Russia and work for creating comfortable conditions for life of local residents.

On 10 November in his address on the occasion of the Police and Internal Affairs Servicemen's Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated internal affairs officers with their professional holiday and said: “Service in internal affairs bodies requires special qualities such as courage, composure, honesty and dedication. Every day you fulfil your duty with honor, often risking your life and showing professionalism and dedication to the vocation you have chosen. 

On 8 November, speaking at a regular meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Ombudsperson Sariya Saburskaya reported about the work with appeals from citizens in the republic.

On 8 November, speaking at a regular meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stated that on 4 November events dedicated to the National Unity Day were held in the republic as well as all over Russia. During these events, special emphasis was placed on the importance of uniting the multinational people of Russia, taking into account the challenges and threats he said.

On 7 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Head of the Rospotrebnadzor Directorate for the republic Marina Patyashina, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin and representatives of the Kazan Mayor’s Office took part in a solemn opening of a new educational facility of physics and mathematics lyceum №123 in Kazan.

On 6 November in his address on the occasion of the Day of Tatarstan Constitution, the Rais (Head) of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated residents of Tatarstan with the holiday and said: “This most important document was adopted after a nationwide debate and, at the turn of the eras, became an expression of the will of the multinational people of the republic, united representatives of various political views, ethnicities and confessions and acted as a guarantee of stability.

On 5 November, speaking at a briefing in Tatarstan Government House, the Head of the Federal Tax Service Directorate in the republic Marat Safiullin informed that over 2.1 million tax notifications with a total value of 11.5 billion rubles has been sent to residents of the republic which is by 18 per cent more than last year.

On 4 November in his address to residents of the republic on the occasion of the National Unity Day, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated them with the holiday and said: “This day has become a real manifestation of strength of spirit and unity of the multinational people of Russia in the history of our country.

On November 3, at a solemn ceremony dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the N.G. Zhiganov Kazan State Conservatory held in the Saydashev Concert Hall in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov handed in the Order "For Merit to Tatarstan" to the Kazan State Conservatory staff.

The Rais of Tatarstan emphasized at the ceremony: Kazan conservatory rightly occupies one of the leading positions among music universities. 

On November 3, in the Kazan Kremlin, speaking at a solemn ceremony of handing in the awards of the Rais of Tatarstan for contribution to the development of civil society institutions in Tatarstan, the Rais (Head) of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov welcomed the laureates and said that the ceremony is being held for the tenth time and has already become a good tradition and a significant symbol of recognition of the achievements of the most active Tatarstan residents, whose efforts are aimed at implementing and supporting civic initiatives and organizing social projects that improve the quality of life in the republic.
