On 27 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the 16th session of the State Council of the republic the agenda of which included 10 issues including 5 regional and 4 federal draft laws.

On 26 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a plenary meeting of the ХVIII forum “Business Partners of Tatarstan” held at the Kazan Palace Hotel with participation of 400 Tatars-entrepreneurs from 10 countries and 58 regions of Russia.

The Forum is one of the largest international events focused on the development and business cooperation and strengthening bonds of the Tatar world, where its participants discuss key spheres of social and economic development, investments opportunities and cooperation prospects. Before the meeting Rustam Minnikhanov looked round an exhibition dedicated to the current work and plans of the World Tatar Congress.

On 25 November in Moscow the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a strategic session “On progress of implementation the Strategy of the Development of the Construction Branch and Housing and Utilities infrastructure till 2030 and with the forecast till 2035” held by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

On 24 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Federal Tax Service Daniil Egorov took part in a solemn event dedicated to the Day of the Tax Authorities Employee of Russia and the 35th anniversary of the Directorate of the Service for Tatarstan held in the Rameev IT Park in Kazan. 

Before the ceremony Daniil Egorov was given a tour round the IT Park and shown projects of the republic in digitalization and systems and services for visitors to the tax offices. 

On 22 November in the Government House of the republic the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the executive candidate pool of Kirov region held with participation of the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Rais of the republic Asgat Safarov.   The aim of the delegation headed by the Governor of the region Aleksandr Sokolov was to study advanced experience of Tatarstan in social, economic and state governance.

On 22 November, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that employment of veterans of the special military operation (SMO) is the most important issue.

He reminded about the staff programme “Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan” being implemented for veterans and participants of the SMO and informed that currently a group of 46 people is passing internship in the power bodies, each of them having an assigned mentor from ministers and heads of administrations.

On 21 November in his  address dedicated to the Day of the Tax Authorities Employee of the Russian Federation, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of Tax services with their professional holiday and said:

On 19 November, speaking at his meeting with the Chairman of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs in the Kingdom of Bahrain Sheikh Abdulrahman Mohammed bin Rashid Al Khalifa in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stated that the republic is interested in cooperation with Bahrain.

On 19 November at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan to Russia Gul Hassan Hassan discussed issues of the development of interaction.

On 19 November during his working trip to Zelenodolsk, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the regional Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection Elmira Zaripova and the Head of Zelenodolsk municipality Mikhail Afanasyev, visited a new boarding “Care House” for elderly and disabled people opened in October this year and built within the federal programme “Senior Generation” of the national project “The Family.”  The total sum of financing amounted to 854m rubles, including 607m from the federal and 247m from the regional budgets.
