On 1 November, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that festive events dedicated to the National Unity Day and the Day of Tatarstan Constitution should be organized at the highest level in all cities and regions of the republic.

On 1 November, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Tatarstan Minister of Internal Affairs Damir Satretdinov informed about the start of the final of the All-Russian competition "People's Community Police Officer-2025" where the republic is represented by the chief community policeman in Tukay region Major Ildar Vagizov, who has served in the police for 23 years.

On 31 October in Astana at his meeting with the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Kazakhstan, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated his guest for having been reelected to the post of the Rais of Tatarstan and thanked him for his active participation in strengthening Russia-Kazakhstan relations and mutually beneficial partnership between Kazakhstan and Tatarstan regions.

On 31 October upon his arrival to the Astana International Airport after N. Nazarbayev, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Kazakhstan, was welcomed by the First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Roman Sklyar. 

Later the same day at their working meeting Rustam Minnikhanov and Roman Sklyar discussed prospects of developing cooperation in the spheres of industry, agribusiness and power economy.

On 31 October, speaking at his working meeting with Akim of Kostanay region Kumar Aksakalov  during his working trip to Kazakhstan, the  Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said: “In this difficult time Russia and Kazakhstan have maintained efficient trade, economic and cultural and humanitarian partnership. We are grateful to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev for his special attention to the development of Tatarstan-Kazakhstan cooperation and continued readiness to assist in the implementation of joint projects.”

On 30 October in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Tatneftekhiminvest-holding  with the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin and the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin also taking part in it.

On 30 October in her address at the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Political Repressions, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote: “This is the day when we remember innocent people whose destinies were broken by the cruelty of the era. They went through unfair accusations, mental suffering, hunger and cold of the camps.

On 29 October the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Rais of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov had a meeting with heads of state and municipal power bodies of the Crimea who came to Kazan to take part in a special educational programme aimed at studying the experience of the republic in key spheres of public administration and further strengthening of interregional cooperation. The project has been implemented within the framework of agreements reached by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov, and the internship programme has been developed by an errand of the Office of the Rais with participation of the Higher School of Public and Municipal Administration of Kazan Federal University.

On October 29, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Border Service Directorate of the Federal Security Service (FSS) of Russia for Saratov and Samara regions Yuriy Urvanov discussed a number of issues of interaction of the republic and the Directorate including ensuring safety in the republic.

On 28 October the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with representatives of the Regional Public Organization “The Tatarstan Community”  held in the Pashkov House in Moscow which is one of architectural monuments of the Russian capital.
