Rais of Tatarstan lays flowers to the grave of Heyday Aliyev in Baku

On 17 December in Baku the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov laid a wreath to the grave of the National leader Heydar Aliyev and flowers to the grave of his wife Zarifa Aliyeva located on the Alley of burial place of honor which also has graves of outstanding Azeri leaders of culture, science, politics and Heroes of the Soviet Union. 

The Rais of Tatarstan also visited the Shaheed Alley where he laid a wreath on the Eternal Flame memorial complex dedicated to those fallen on “Black January” and in Karabagh war.
