Rustam Minnikhanov meets a delegation from the Turkey-Russia Business Council DEIK

On 10 April, speaking at his meeting with the Chairman of the Turkey-Russia Business Council of the Committee of Foreign Economic Ties of Turkey (DEIK) İzzet Ekmekçibaşı held in the Government House of the republic with participation of the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov  stated that the republic attaches great attention to the development of trade, economic and investment cooperation with Turkish partners and is the effective link between Russia and Turkey.

The trade turnover of Tatarstan with Turkey reaches 5bn dollars US and the parties of the meeting mentioned such promising spheres for the development of cooperation as automobile industry, machine tool building and metalworking, agriculture, light industry, tourism, construction and IT.
