On June 12, in the Kazan Kremlin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the Aide to Russian President Aleksey Dyumin and Adviser to the Russian President Igor Levitin, who arrived in Kazan to take part in the opening ceremony of the international multi-sport tournament «BRICS Sports Games» held in Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre.

On June 9, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov and Mayor of Innopolis Ruslan Shagaleev took part in a festival INN9, dedicated to the Innopolis city’s birthday, which celebrated its 9th anniversary.

On June 8, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov took part in the festival «Sabantuy 2024» in the Verkhny Uslon municipal region of Tatarstan and together with the head of the region Marat Ziatdinov visited the sites of the «Cities of Masters», attended karting and tourist lane competitions and handed in awards to agricultural leaders.

On June 7, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Head of the Fund “The Institute of Development of Tatarstan Cities” Nailya Zinnatullia informed that 7 municipalities of the republic did not prepare parks and squares for the summer period, namely such regions as the Alekseevsky, Atninsky, Kamsko-Ustinsky, Leninogorsky, Sarmanovsky, Tetyushsky and Cheremshansky regions. 

On 7 June, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that a delegation of the republic took an active part in the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).

On 7 June Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minster Roman Shaykhutdinov took part in a solemn event dedicated to the coming 9th birthday of Innopolis, where he together with the Mayor of the city handed in awards from the Rais and Cabinet of Minister of Tatarstan and the Mayor of the city to 40 outstanding residents of Innopolis who made their contribution into the development of the city.

On 7 June, speaking at his meeting with the President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov expressed his gratitude for the President’s consistent stand in the issue of cooperation with Russia. “We have huge opportunities for cooperation and first of all in the sphere of economy,” Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized. 

According to results of the survey of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives announced at the St Petersburg International Economic Forum, Tatarstan has ranked second in the national ranking of the investment climate status which was evaluated by 67 indexes in four spheres, namely the regulatory environment, infrastructure and resources, institutes for business and support of the SMEs.
