Capital overhaul of 839 multi-apartment houses completed in Tatarstan with 40 houses still being under repairs

On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.

He informed that the programme covers 42 municipalities of the republic with work completed in 37 of them.

Capital overhaul of 839 multi-apartment houses has been completed with 40 houses still being under repairs in the republic, Marat Ayzatullin said and added that the capital overhaul programme has nearly finished at social and cultural facilities and the only one regional programme which will soon be completed is that on capital overhaul of medical facilities.

The minister then presented statistics on the collection of payments for housing and communal services from the population and on the payment discipline of enterprises and organizations, having informed that there is a trend of low payment collection at the beginning of the year, with an increase in the collection percentage in the second half of the year.
