Rustam Minnikhanov meets Russian Minister of Justice Konstantin Chuychenko and Director of the Federal Penitentiary Service Arkadiy Gostev

On 5 December at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Minister of Justice Konstantin Chuychenko and the Director of the Federal Penitentiary Service Arkadiy Gostev discussed issues of interaction at the regional level, improvement of the penitentiary system of the region and strengthening the penitentiary system facilities.

Konstantin Chuychenko and Arkadiy Gostev  came to Kazan to take part in a ceremony of putting into operation the new pretrial detention center built by the federal targeted programme “The development of the penitentiary system in 2028-2026”.
