Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in All-Russia charity action “The Fir Tree of Wishes” before a meeting of the Russian State Council in Moscow

On 20 December before a meeting of the Russian State Council presided by Russian President Vladimir Putin  in Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the All-Russia charity action “The Fir Tree of Wishes” and took post cards with wishes of three children from the New Year tree.

The All-Russia charity action “The Fir Tree of Wishes” has been held since 2018 and every year unites thousands of people ready to do good deeds and to give New Year gifts to and fulfill wishes of children from a deprived background.
