Before the session of Tatarstan State Council Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in the action “The Fir tree of Wishes”

On 23 December before the session of the State Council of the republic the Rais (head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the All-Russia charity action “The Fir Tree of Wishes” and took a decoration ball with the wish of a 12-year old Dima from Kazan who is dreaming of meeting the Rubin football club players.
