Rais of Tatarstan meets Founder of Emaar Properties Emirates Company

On 7 February at their meeting held with participation of the Mayor of the city Ilsur Metshin in the new building of Kamal Theatre in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Founder of the Emaar Properties Company Mohamed Ali Alabbar (UAE), who came to Kazan to take part in the international architectural and construction forum “Kazanysh – Unity of Diversity” held in Kazan for the fourth time, discussed promising spheres of cooperation. 

The Emaar Properties, an investments company established in the United Arab Emirates in 1997, has its headquarters in Dubai and its main business is investments into construction projects in the Gulf region, mostly in such cities as Dubai and Abu-Dhabi.

Speaking at the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the Head of the Emaar Properties for taking part in the forum and emphasized that Tatarstan actively participates in the development of Russia-Emirates cooperation. “We exchange experience with Emirates partners in various spheres including Islamic banking, Halal industry and Muslim education,” he said.
