Tatarstan President has congratulated agricultural workers with their professional holiday

On 8 October at a regional meeting in the Government house of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated agricultural workers and employees of agricultural product processing industry with their professional holiday.

“This is a holiday of people who every day work hard to provide food safety of our republic and the whole country. Tatarstan is a large agribusiness region and this year we have decent results. The grain gross yield is more than 5m tonnes and the yield of beet sugar is expected to be 1.65 tonnes”, Rustam Minnikhanov said. 

He addressed special words of gratitude to horticulture and cattle-breeding workers, saying that they work very hard.
