Roman Shaykhutdinov meets Vice President of AvtoVAZ Evgeny Shmelyov

On October 3, at their meeting in the city of Tolyatti of the Samara region, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov and First Executive Vice President for Strategy and Technical Development of AvtoVAZ machine-building plant Yevgeny Shmelyov discussed the possible development of cooperation between the automotive company and the University of Innopolis in personnel training, as well as the implementation of joint projects in robotics.

The University of Innopolis has the necessary competencies in this area. The IT Robotics Laboratory conducts fundamental and interdisciplinary research, and also develops applied solutions for various industries: aircraft, transport, road and agricultural engineering, rocket and space production, automotive, light and food industries.
