On 28 December, speaking at his meeting with the President of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace Ahmed bin Mohamed Aljarvan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said: “You are the head of the authoritative international organization which works for reaching important global targets of peace and tolerance”. 

On 27 December at their meeting in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Minister of State for Foreign Trade of the United Arab Emirates Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi discussed issues of exporting the produce of the republic.

On December 26, under the annual “The Christmas Tree of Wishes” charity campaign, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov fulfilled the dream of a young Tatarstan resident, 12-year-old Ruslan Habibullin from Naberezhnye Chelny, to visit the city of high technologies Innopolis.

Ruslan is fond of programming: he assembles and disassembles computers, buys the necessary elements, and also attends classes at the Quantorium children's technopark with pleasure.

On December 26, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leila Fazleeva, Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Office Asgat Safarov and other officials had a meeting with representatives of the rector's corps and heads of scientific organizations of the republic.

On 26 December Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met a three-year old Timur, who wanted to meet the Tatarstan President and a 12-year old Ruslan who wanted to visit an advanced IT-center of the republic, at the Bashir Rameyev IT Park where he talked to them, congratulated with the coming New Year and handed in presents.

On 26 December at Government house of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting of the Tatneftekhiminvest holding Board of Directors, which discussed a number of investment projects.

Thus the Director General of the Elastomeric materials and products research institute from Moscow Dmitriy Reznichenko reported about new materials developed for aircraft and space techniques, nuclear industry and sleeves for radio-electronics cooling.

On 25 December, during his working trip to Zelenodolsk municipal region Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of opening a new swimming pool “Dulkyn (the wave) in the Vasilyevo settlement.

On 25 December Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a traditional meeting with participants of the Christmas tree holiday. Children and young people, who were winners of various championships and international competitions and young representatives of public organizations, told the President of the republic about their achievements and hobbies.

On 24 December Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited a 44-apartment living house with an inbuilt kindergarten in Almetyevsk. 

All apartments in the new house are furbished, equipped with household appliances and primary commodities and will be rent to specialists from the TatNIPINeft Oil research institute and the Almetyevsk state oil institute.

On 24 December Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to the town of Almetyevsk, visited the children’s technical park Quantorium in the city, where he was shown the reconstructed facility which can place up to 1 370 children at the age from 6 to 18 years.
