On August 16, at the Victory Park, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a retreat with participation of Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture and Utilities Marat Ayzatullin, Aide to Tatarstan President Olesya Baltusova and other officials on the construction of the children's park with the total area of 13 hectares, which is twice as much as Kyrlay entertainment centre. 

On August 16, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held an online meeting with the Governor of the Iranian province of Gilan (Islamic Republic of Iran) Asadollah Abbasi.

On 15 August Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working trip to Moscow to take part in the International Military and Technical Forum “The Army-2022” held from 15 to 21 August by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

On 13 August, speaking at a videoconference with all municipalities of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said it is necessary to step up work in prevention and stopping spreading of the new Corona virus as last week the incidence rate increased by 32 per cent in the republic.

On 13 August, speaking at a videoconference with all municipalities of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov  said that 95 accidents killing 69 people including 8 children have been registered on water bodies of the republic  since the beginning of the current year.

On 13 August at a videoconference with all municipalities of the republic held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin at the Government House of the republic, the head of the Department of management of the strategic projects of the Fund of Tatarstan cities development Arina Petrova said that within “The Our Yard” programme the work has been completed in 644 yards which makes 85 per cent of the planned.

On 13 August at a meeting held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin at the Government House of the republic, regional Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Nail Zalakov reported that all regions of the republic have started harvest campaign, having threshed 425 thousand hectares which makes 28 per cent of the planned. The grain yield made 1.6m tonnes with the average yield of 39 centners per hectare, he said.

On 13 August at a meeting held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin at the Government House of the republic, regional Minister of Land and Property Relations Fanil Agliullin reported about participation of the republic in state programme of the National Spatial Data System which was introduced by the Decree of the Russian Government in December 2021.

On 12 August in the afternoon Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Minister of Land and Property Relations of the republic Fanil Agliullin and the Aid to the President Olesya Baltusova visited a number of buildings and facilities in Kazan, including unfinished construction sites, cultural heritage sites and other buildings run by Ministry.

On 12 August at his meeting with Heroes of the Russian Federation Rail Gabdrakhmanov and Ivan Dododsov in the Government house of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated them with military state awards and wished them successful military career and good luck.
