Rustam Minnikhanov meets the Minister of State for Foreign Trade of UAE

On 27 December at their meeting in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Minister of State for Foreign Trade of the United Arab Emirates Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi discussed issues of exporting the produce of the republic.

Speaking at the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov said: “It is very important that under the current complicated geopolitical situation, relations between the UAE and Russia are a crucial factor of stability in the region and in the world in the whole”. 

He stated that Tatarstan actively facilitates strengthening of Russia-Emirates relations and invited the Minister and the UAE delegation to visit KazanSummit next year, having stressed that the summit has become a federal level event due to support from the Russian President.
