On February 19, at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of FESCO Transportation Group Andrey Severilov and the Director General of the State Tretyakov Gallery Elena Pronicheva discussed the possibility of organizing an exhibition of the State Tretyakov Gallery in the Kazan Kremlin.

On 17 February at their meeting in the Government House of the republic held with participation of regional Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva and the Minister of Culture of the republic Irada Ayupova, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Board of the Soyuzmultfilm Studio, who is also the Director General of Gorkiy Film Studio  Yuliana Slascheva discussed further development of a multimedia center of “Soyuzmultpark” in Kazan and new spheres of cooperation of Tatarstan and the Soyuzmultfilm.

On 17 February, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic, the Director of the Fund “The Institute of Tatarstan Cities Development” Nailya Zinatullina reported about implementation of the regional “Our Yard” programme and informed that the work on procurement of equipment has been completed for today. She said that specifications for the total amount of 845m rubles have been passed to the general vendor “Tatleasing” for compilations of the resulting specification followed by placing orders with the producing plants and signing agreements.

Speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stated that when hosting the international multi-sports tournament of the Games of the Future it is important to ensure well-coordinated work of all organizers and services at all sites.

On 16 February at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Commissioner for the Russian President for the Rights of Business People Boris Titov discussed federal and regional measures for supporting entrepreneurs, decreasing administrative pressure and protection of rights and legal interest of business in the whole. 

On 16 February a number of agreements were signed during a joint meeting of the Operational Headquarters on Provision of social and economic Stability in Tatarstan, the collegium of the regional Ministry of Economy and the Russian State Duma Committee of Economic Policy held at the Volga State University of Physical Training, Sports and Tourism in Kazan.

On 15 February Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, representatives of the Innopolis University and Vice-president of Rostelecom Company in development, the member of the University Expert Council Dariy Khalitov took part in a meeting held by Russian Minister of Science and Education Valeriy Falkov in Moscow, where universities-participants of the unique project of advanced engineering schools made reports for 2023.

On 15 February in the Government House of Tatarstan, the Major-General of Medical Corps Oleg Kalachev handed in medals “For Helping the battle” from the Russian Defense Ministry to the Head of the Initiative Group «The warmth near – to doctors of Tatarstan” Irina Gorbunova and the co-founder of the initiative  group  “From the heart for the Victory” Oleg Akimov, Oleg Akberov, Sergey Pogodin, Ramil Tutayev, Leyla Fazleeva and Rustem Khayrullin for their personal merits for providing medical help under the conditions of the special military operation and for achievements in medical services during defense operations. 

On 15 February, speaking at his meeting during his working trip to Iran with the Governor of the Iranian Province of Isphahan Seyed Reza Mortazavi, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov told him about meetings he had in Tehran, including the meeting with the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Sayyid Ebrahim Raisi and thanked the Governor for inviting him to Isphahan.  “It is my first visit to Isphahan and I am greatly impressed by your wonderful province with remarkable history and culture,” he said. 

On February 15, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the 51st meeting of Tatarstan State Council held by Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin.

The agenda included 35 issues.
