On 30 December during his working trip to Oman the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Sultan Quaboos Higher Center for Culture and Science and had a meeting with its Chairman Habib Mohammed al Riyami, who is the member of the Strategic Vision Group “Russia-the Islamic World”. 

On 28 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov handed in the State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev the Letter of Appreciation from Russian President Vladimir Putin.

On 26 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of handing in awards named after B.I. Tikhomirov to winners of six nominations held in Moscow.

In his welcoming speech the Rais of the republic said: ”Boris (Ivanovich) Tikhomirov is a person who is well-known not only in our republic. He did much for the industry of the Soviet Union, the Russian Federation and the defense industry. I want to thank the Technodynamika Company (the award sponsor).”

On 26 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin took part (via videoconference) in a ceremony of opening three important transport structures in Tatarstan, namely the second stage of the renovated Voskresenskiy Trakt, the new Alekseyevskoye-Almetyevsk highway and the new  parking apron of the Kazan International Airport .

On 23 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov took part in the All-Russia charity action “The Fir Tree of Wishes” organized by the Movement of the First.

On 23 December the Rais (head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, members of the regional State Duma and Russian senators, heads of branch ministries and directorates and municipalities took part in the sixth session of the Tatarstan State Council of the seventh convocation held by the Chairman of the Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin. 

On 23 December before the session of the State Council of the republic the Rais (head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the All-Russia charity action “The Fir Tree of Wishes” and took a decoration ball with the wish of a 12-year old Dima from Kazan who is dreaming of meeting the Rubin football club players.

On 23 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov issued a decree lifting the emergencies regime introduced on 21 December for state power bodies and the staff of the regional Emergencies Ministry with the aim of operational liquidation of consequences of the drone attack. 

On 21 December at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Minister of Industry and New Technologies of Tajikistan Sherali Kabir discussed issues of interaction of their republics in a number of spheres, expansion of mutual trade and strengthening of industrial cooperation.

On 21 December, speaking at a regular meeting  held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the Chairman of the regional State Council Farid Mukhametshin and the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Director of the Institute of the Development of Tatarstan Cities Nailya Zinnatullinna reported that 5 thousand 174 yards have been improved in the republic for five years of the Our Yard programme.
