On 14 January the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the People’s Artist of the republic, Honoured Artist of Russia and the Artistic Director of the Salavat Song Theatre Salavat Fatkhutdinov who celebrated his 65th birthday on 10 December.

On 13 January Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov took part in a ceremony of opening a college for training qualified specialists in IT and robotics at the University of Innopolis. The college established as a pilot project will enroll first 75 students in 2025-2026 academic year, and, speaking at the ceremony, Roman Shaykhutdinov emphasized its strategic importance in the context of national tasks.

On January 12, on the Day of Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated the officials of the Prosecutor’s Office on their professional holiday.

On 11 January, speaking at a regular regional meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic, the regional Minister of Food and Agriculture Marat Zyabbarov said that the republic needs more than 40bn rubles on spring field work.

On 11 January, speaking at a regular regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that it is important to continue systemic control over the standard condition of yards and sidewalks. 

On 10 January, speaking at a briefing in Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, the Head of Kazan Directorate of Culture Azat Abzalov told that 875 thousand people attended New Year events organized in open air in Kazan.

On 6 January in his congratulations with Christmas, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated all Orthodox residents of the republic with the holiday.

On 31 December in his New Year address to the residents of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov wrote: “The New Year is coming. This holiday is loved by everyone and fills hearts with bright hopes and expectations for the better.

On 30 December Chief of Staff of the Office of Rais of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov traditionally took part in the All-Russia charity action “The Fir Tree of Wishes” and took several decoration balls with wishes of three children from the New Year tree.
