On 28 June, speaking at a regular meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said there will be a number of public events in the coming week and their organizers together with law-enforcement bodies should ramp up security measures.
Today Russia is celebrating the Youth Day and in the current year Tatarstan has been elected as one of federal sites for this event celebrations as there are more than one million young people – and that is every fourth resident of the republic, Aleksey Pesoshin said and added: “Education of the growing generation and creating broad opportunities for youngsters and their personalization are the most important tasks in our work.”
On top of that other large events such as VKFest and group road cycling Russian championship competitions will be also held in Tatarstan as well as a number of traditional culture fests in regions of the republic, such as Udmurt Gyron byndon holiday and the Chuvash Uyav fest, the Prime Minister of the republic informed.
