On March 5, during his working visit to Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Victoria Abramchenko, at which they discussed the results of the region’s work and key indicators of Tatarstan in ecology and environmental management.
On 5 March at their meeting in Manama, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came to the capital of Bahrain by an invitation from the Crown Prince of the country, and the King of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa discussed issues of cooperation.
Speaking at the meeting the King emphasized the importance of interaction with Tatarstan within the framework of Russia-Bahrain relations.
On 5 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a plenary session of the XII All-Russia gathering of entrepreneurs from Tatar villages which gathered 800 representatives of small business, farmers and small farms from 40 regions of Russia including Tatarstan, in the Korston Hotel and Recreation Center in Kazan. The three-day programme of the event includes discussions, cultural events and a trip to Kukmor region to get acquainted with the experience of developing rural areas.
On 5 March at their meeting in the Government House of the republic held with participation of the Director General of the Special Economic Zone of Alabuga Timur Shagivaleev and other officials, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Board of the Coşkunöz Holding Missis Oya Aktas Coşkunöz discussed issues of further development of the Coşkunöz business company in Tatarstan.
On 4 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of opening a new multi-functional sports center ”SIBUR ARENA NK” in Nizhnekamsk.
The new facility set up as a successor of the Druzhba sports complex comprises the main block with the universal gym, stadium, and open sports grounds. The center is equipped with new inventory which makes it possible to do table tennis, handball, volleyball, basketball, mini-football, swimming, rhythmic gymnastics and fitness, increasing the capacity of the new center up to 432 thousand people a year.
On 4 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Minister of Healthcare of the republic Marsel Minullin and the Head of Nizhnekamsk region of the republic Ramil Mullin gave assessment to the capital overhaul of the second treatment block of the Nizhnekamsk Regional Hospital.
On 4 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Head of Nizhnekamsk region of the republic Ramil Mullin, the Director General of the Gazprom Transgas Kazan Company Rustem Usmanov and other officials took part in a ceremony of putting into operation the pipeline gas supply into 417 households of families with many children in the Borok Settlement of the region.
On 3 March the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Dmitriy Chernyshenko, Russian Minister of Sports Oleg Matytsin and the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of closing the International Multi-sports Tournament “The Games of the Future at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center .
The Russian Deputy Prime Minister thanked all those who provided services, comfort and security of the Games participants and spectators. “Once again you have proved what you can do in Kazan at an impossible level!” he said.
On 3 March the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Dmitriy Chernyshenko, Russian Minister of Sports Oleg Matytsin and the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn ceremony of awarding the best volunteers of the International Multi-sports Tournament “The Games of the Future” held right before the ceremony on the phygital Games closure at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center.
On 2 March, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all regions taking part in it via videoconference, the Head of the Fund “Institute of Tatarstan Cities Development” Nailya Zinatullina informed that 33 complaints concerning the Our Yard programme were submitted by residents of the republic from 17 February till 2 March of the current year.
